Jason Sweeney is our COO of Business Development. In his role at Blue Water, Jason oversees our outbound business development efforts and strategic relationships. Jason is known for his expertise in leadership and performance, in addition to being well known for his ability to assist clients in navigating agile development of their portfolio’s needs. His methods are proven to maximize strategic growth, in a transparent manner. Prior to his starting at Blue Water, Jason spent nearly 20 successful years in the financial world at Triad Guaranty, SWBC and most recently Incenter, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, as their Executive Vice President of National Sales. After a successful career delivering solutions for financial institutions worldwide, Jason now leads our Blue Water sales team to continue his notable successes.
Jason is well known in the industry as both a leader and innovator for his vast network. When not traveling, Jason enjoys volunteer coaching CrossFit for both active duty and veteran military personnel, going to the beach, and planning for the next adventure with his two boys, Parker and Ethan.
