Senior Advisor
Jeff is a Senior Advisor of Rice Park Capital Management. Jeff is also the founder and CEO of Upper Bound, an independent management consulting services firm advising institutional clients in the financial services industry. Jeff brings 30 years of combined leadership and transactional experience in the financial services industry, spanning alternative investment management, principal investment, capital markets and investment banking advisory, servicing and collections, and risk and value analytics, in each case concentrated in the mortgage and consumer lending asset classes. Prior to forming Upper Bound, from 2007 to 2014, Jeff was Executive Vice President, Capital Markets for Green Tree Credit Solutions LLC and the founding executive and President of Green Tree Investment Management LLC (“GTIM”). Prior to GTIM, Jeff held senior roles with GMAC-ResCap, Cargill Financial Services Corp, First Bank (U.S. Bank), and Marine Midland Bank (HSBC).
