As Blue Water’s Head of Product, Connor is responsible for coordinating Blue Water’s innovative product development initiatives. Prior to becoming the head of Product, Connor was Blue Water’s Head of Innovation and Planning. As a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), one of his passions is streamlining processes and ensuring the adherence to agile development methodologies. When he’s not coordinating development projects, he works directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure the mutual success of their projects.
Prior to joining Blue Water, Connor served as the Senior Project Manager at a large software company where he led their Cloud projects and helped form the Project Management Office (PMO). His focus has always been on providing customers with the best experience. He implemented tools and processes used by the whole organization to track customer feedback and led multiple cross-functional teams focused on preventing and addressing customer escalations.
Connor earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Minnesota Statue University, Mankato where he graduated as Magna Cum Laude. One of his favorite pastimes is learning so in his free time you’ll find him studying things like Music Theory to help write songs for his band or Python to improve communication with developers.
